Submissions

Abstract submission

The deadline for the submission of 1-page abstracts is the 18th of June 2017. Please submit your page-long abstract through EARSeL’s Conf Tool here. The abstract should include a title, authors list and their affiliations, relevant keywords and the body of the abstract. There is no word limit but the abstract should not exceed one A4 page using font size 12 characters.

Oral/poster presentations

Papers can be presented orally and by poster. Please indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation when submitting your abstract. Oral presentations will be allocated to thematic sessions based on the topic declared during abstract submission. They should last no longer than 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions at the end of the presentation. The presentations must be provided at the latest during the coffee break before the relevant session begins. Poster presentations include a short 2 minute introduction for each poster, followed by an interactive poster session. Posters should follow these guidelines.

Full paper submission

Both oral and poster presentations require an extended abstract (4 pages) submission in order to be published in the South-Eastern European Journal of Earth Observation and Geomatics. Authors are encouraged to submit full papers to the EARSeL eProceedings. Selected full papers will be included in a Special Issue at MDPI’s Remote Sensing journal.

For guidelines for submitting the full 4-page document, please consult these guidelines.
